We ask that all parents check and update their contact information and communication preferences in our MyLawrence Parent Portal, Educate. Click the link above for a step-by-step guide.

Adherence to the school dress code is required of all Lawrence students. The dress code guidelines are designed to allow an optimal learning environment.

This Student Records Release Form must be completed by all NEW students. Send your completed form to the Lawrence School registrar (details listed at the bottom of the form).

If applicable, medical forms MUST be submitted to the school nurse before the first day of school. Email the Lower School nurse at LSnurse@lawrenceschool.org or Upper School nurse at USnurse@lawrenceschool.org.

• Immunization records are required for incoming kindergarten, 7th grade, 12th grade, and ALL NEW STUDENTS. See Ohio Code for immunizations. If your student has an exemption, we must keep a copy on file.
• Tdap and Meningitis vaccine records are required for students in grades 7 and 12.
• Action plans are required for students with allergies,asthma,diabetes, or seizures.
• If the nurse must administer drugs during the school day, a prescription med or over-the-counter med form is required.
• An annual sports physical and Lindsays Law form is required for athletes prior to practice.
• Lower School or Upper School consent forms are required if parents would like school staff to collaborate directly with their child's medical provider.

If you have any questions or concerns about your child's graphs, please contact their SASS advisor. The name of your child's advisor can be found in the parent portal.

Students at all grade levels are required to bring a backpack, lunch bag, and water bottle daily. In addition, the following items are needed:

• Lower School: Zippered binder with a 2" or 3" spine
• Middle School: Headphones and a TI-30XIIS calculator
• High School: Headphones and a calculator
  Students in Algebra I and Geometry need a TI-30XIIS; higher level classes require a graphing calculator

• Lower School students will receive their teacher assignments at Meet Your Teacher Morning.
• Middle School students will receive a link to select their elective preferences in August. Schedules will be finalized by Welcome Back Days.
• High School students should have received their academic class schedule in July. Final schedules with electives will be posted in the parent portal in August.

In order for CCPC to forward transcripts and other official records required for college applications, parents need to sign a consent form. A separate consent form is needed for each school your senior is applying to. Records will be sent in the order requests are received. Click the link above to print.
