Favorite subject to teach: I enjoy teaching the ukulele. Anyone can learn the basics quickly, but there is enough to continue learning for a whole lifetime. I love observing the students come out of their shells, and express themselves musically, many for the first time.
Best part of the day: Any time I get to play an instrument with the students. I also enjoy recess to get outside and watch the kids interact and play.
Spotted off-campus: I play the french horn for the Cleveland Women's Orchestra. You can also find me hiking, gardening, or cooking.
An accomplishment I’m proud of: Presenting at the Ohio Music Educator's Association Conference in 2018, which was an incredible experience.
