Full-Time, 12-Month Employee; Broadview Heights Campus
The Facilities Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and upkeep of
the Lower School campus, ensuring a clean, safe, and functional environment for students,
staff, and visitors. This role works under the direction of the Director of Facilities and
Maintenance, in collaboration with the Head of Lower School, and serves as the primary on-site
facilities contact for the Lower School campus. The Facilities Manager performs hands-on
maintenance tasks, oversees custodial operations, coordinates vendors, and responds to facility
needs. The position also provides occasional support at Upper School Campus for coverage or
special projects, as needed. Occasional evenings and weekends duties expected.
