Lisa Radigan is the Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Administrative Officer at Diebold Nixdorf, Inc., a global public technology and manufacturing company. In this role, she oversees a global team of legal and compliance professionals, managing corporate governance, securities filings, data privacy, and ethics across operations in more than 100 countries. Throughout her tenure at Diebold Nixdorf, which began in 2014, she has also served as Chief People Officer and Deputy General Counsel. Notably, she successfully guided the company through a complex international corporate restructuring and a high-profile Department of Justice/SEC compliance monitorship, and directed the legal and compliance elements of a major $1.8B cross-border acquisition. Prior to going in-house, Lisa spent seven years as a Senior Associate in litigation and investigations at the global law firm Jones Day, representing Fortune 100 and 500 corporations in international anti-corruption and financial fraud matters.

Deeply committed to civic leadership, Lisa serves as Board Chair for the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center and is a Board Member for the Hudson Community Foundation. She has also served as a Commissioner for the Bipartisan Judicial Selection Committee, a steering committee member for the Global Forum on Corporate Criminal Liability, and an adjunct professor at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Lisa graduated magna cum laude with honors in the Humanities from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. She earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law, where she served as the Note and Comment Editor for the American University International Law Review. She is also a proud Lawrence School parent to Milo, Class of 2031.
