She has extensive experience advising both publicly traded and privately held companies through complex transactions, including asset and stock acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, spin-offs, and various corporate financings. Katie provides practical and efficient counsel, working closely with clients to understand their businesses and navigate significant changes.
Within BakerHostetler, Katie serves on the Cleveland office's Hiring Committee and the Firmwide Wellness Committee. She is deeply involved in the community, serving on the Board of Trustees and Development Committee for Near West Theatre.
Katie earned her J.D., summa cum laude and Order of the Coif, from The Ohio State University Michael E. Moritz College of Law, and her B.A., summa cum laude, from Miami University. She's admitted to practice in Ohio and is also a proud Lawrence parent ('31).
