Bridget Thomas is a Senior Manager at Compass Group North America, the nation's largest family of foodservice and support services companies, serving more than 11 million meals and maintaining more than 1.9 billion square feet a day. Bridget leads IT teams on the development and execution of strategic priorities. She has been with Compass Group since March of 2022.

Prior to joining Compass Group, Bridget worked for Cardinal Health in various leadership positions, ending her 11-year tenure as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Beyond her core duties at Cardinal Health, Bridget spearheaded the launch of a diversity, equity, and inclusion council for one of its segments. In this role, she championed cultural competency development for all employees by establishing a professional mentoring program and leading a range of activities and discussions.

Hailing from St. Louis, Bridget found her way to Ohio through the doors of The Ohio State University, where she earned both her bachelor's and master's degrees. Now residing in Willoughby with her husband, Emerson, and their two children, Emme and Gavin (a Lawrence School student graduating in 2032), Bridget actively participates in her church community. Beyond her work and family commitments, she devotes time to serving as a worship leader and even delivers sermons.
