Executive functioning skills—like task initiation, organization, working memory, emotional regulation, and time management—are the building blocks of academic success and daily independence. For many students, particularly those with learning differences or ADHD, navigating these expectations can be a daily hurdle.
The Ethan D. Schafer Center for Learning Differences invites you to join us at the Lawrence Upper School Campus for an insightful presentation featuring clinical psychologist Dr. Tori Cordiano.
In this session, parents, caregivers, and educators will gain a deeper understanding of how executive function skills develop, how deficits manifest at home and in the classroom, and research-backed, actionable strategies to support students in building lasting habits and independence.
