Huge congratulations to our very own Mrs. Merk!
She was recently selected for a prestigious Breakthrough Writing Residency with Literary Cleveland. Mrs. Merk, along with five other talented recipients, will spend the next year developing a book-length manuscript.
This exciting, real-world expertise ties directly into her upcoming M-Term project. She will be leading a creative writing workshop called "Writing Down Your Story." This M-Term experience is designed to immerse students in hands-on, real-world learning, with the goal of helping them write and eventually self-publish their own personal stories for others to read.
We're so proud to have her leading this essential experiential learning opportunity!
